How to Create a Support Ticket

Steps 

  1. Click on Support in the Client Portal. 
  1. Click on Create Ticket 
  1. Choose your Query Type (Deposit, Withdrawal, MT5, IB, etc.). 
  1. Enter Title and Description
  1. Select Priority Type. 
  1. Attach files if required. 
  1. Click Save button to submit the ticket.
