How to Reset Your Client Portal Password (Forgot Password)

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it using your registered email. 

Steps 

  1. Go to the Client Portal login page
  1. Click Forgot Password
  1. Enter your email address and click Send Code
  1. Check your email for the OTP. 
  1. Enter the OTP and click Verify
  1. Create your new password

Notes 

  • OTP expires after a short time; request a new one if needed. 
  • Ensure you have access to your registered email. 

FAQ 

Q: I didn’t receive the OTP. What should I do? 
A: Check spam/junk or click “Resend Code.”
