How to change your Client Portal password

Changing your password regularly helps maintain account security. 

Steps 

  1. Log in to your Client Portal. 
  1. Click User Account from the bottom-left section. 
  1. Under Change Password, enter: 
  • Current Password 
  • New Password 
  • Confirm Password (New Password repeated) 
  1. Click Save Changes

Password Requirements 

  • Minimum 8 characters 
  • Use a mix of Capital letter, small letters, numbers & symbols 
  • Do NOT use old passwords from other websites 

FAQ 

Q: My current password is not accepted. What should I do? 
A: Reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option on the client portal login page
