Steps to View Your Profile
- Log in to your Amber Markets Client Portal.
- Click on User Account at the bottom-left corner of the menu.
- Navigate to Profile Settings.
- You can View the following details:
- Full Name
- Address
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Email Address

Notes
- Some fields (such as name & DOB) cannot be changed after KYC approval without submitting a support request.
- Always ensure your profile matches your government-issued ID to avoid KYC rejection.

FAQ
Q: Why can’t I edit my name or DOB?
A: These fields are locked after verification for security reasons. Contact Support for corrections.
