If you wish to turn off 2FA, you can do so from your profile settings.
Steps
- Log in to your Client Portal.
- Go to the User Account section (bottom-left corner).
- Locate the Two-Steps Verification panel.
- Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication.
- A verification popup will appear.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered email.
- Enter the OTP and click Verify.
- 2FA will be disabled after successful confirmation.

- 2FA uses email-based OTP for verification.
- You must have access to your registered email address to enable or disable 2FA.
- If you lose access to your email, contact Support for assistance.
- Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended for better account security.

Q: I did not receive the OTP. What should I do?
A: Check your spam/junk folder. You can also click Resend OTP after the timer resets.
