How to Disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) 

If you wish to turn off 2FA, you can do so from your profile settings. 

Steps 

  1. Log in to your Client Portal. 
  1. Go to the User Account section (bottom-left corner). 
  1. Locate the Two-Steps Verification panel. 
  1. Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication
  1. A verification popup will appear. 
  1. An OTP will be sent to your registered email. 
  1. Enter the OTP and click Verify
  1. 2FA will be disabled after successful confirmation. 

📌 Important Notes 

  • 2FA uses email-based OTP for verification. 
  • You must have access to your registered email address to enable or disable 2FA. 
  • If you lose access to your email, contact Support for assistance. 
  • Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended for better account security. 

 FAQ 

Q: I did not receive the OTP. What should I do? 

A: Check your spam/junk folder. You can also click Resend OTP after the timer resets.
